Problem

With the collections business booming because of the economy, Joe Pipkin, CFO of Receivables Outsourcing, Inc. needed a way to increase the efficiency of the company's call center.


Solution

Joe learned that an automated dialer system, a sophisticated method of queuing up calls, offered the efficiencies he was looking for. Cost of the equipment: $240,000.
